TrueProject is an enterprise project intelligence platform that helps organizations identify project risks earlier and improve portfolio performance. As its partner ecosystem expanded, the partner experience needed to become more scalable, consistent, and easier to manage.

Project Context

The previous partner portal functioned primarily as a static collateral repository. It lacked self-onboarding, opportunity registration, and real-time visibility into approval or revenue status. Partners also had difficulty finding the right resources quickly. The goal was to transform the portal into a CRM-connected self-service experience that helped partners move through the sales process more independently while reducing manual support and status follow-up for partner managers.
