As the product evolved, TrueProject needed dashboard and report experiences that could turn complex project signals into clear, scannable views for users with different levels of detail and decision-making needs. This work focused on designing data visualizations that reduced time-to-insight by helping users quickly move from observation to action with less manual interpretation.
